  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

2. Domestic Shipping

  • We offer the following shipping options within The Netherlands:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and order size.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide to most countries. International shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination.

  • Estimated delivery time for international orders:

    • Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days

    • Expedited International Shipping: 3-10 business days

  • Customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are determined by the weight and size of your order as well as the shipping destination.

  • Free shipping is available for domestic orders over €30 and international orders over €65

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Missing or Delayed Packages

  • TRIBE is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.
